Transmission of know-how

The transmission of know-how on our extraction and distillation techniques is at the heart of our sustainable development policy. The development of skills both on the natural plant raw materials that we process but also on their transformations is a priority. In 2022, each employee had an average of 32 hours of training in the year, part of which is carried out through tutoring within the group. 66% of our employees come from an internal evolution. The transmission of our know-how also involves intervention sessions with local partners such as the Campus Vert d’Azur in Antibes where this week Jean-Noël FALCOU, responsible for agricultural sector projects, had the opportunity to provide training on the size of citrus fruits as well as on the evolution of technical itineraries of aromatic and medicinal plants.
