Homage to Marius MUL

It is with deep sadness that we pay tribute to Marius MUL, who passed away this Thursday, April 17, 2025, at the age of 83.
We admired the entrepreneur and his humanism, founder of the Jean GAZIGNAIRE Groupe Mul in the continuity of his parents’ work and alongside his brother Joseph, visionary in the right balance found between the family history of farmers and an industrial turn instilled in the 70s.
Marius Mul worked all his life to promote the cultivation of fragrant plants in the Grasse region, distilling the finest values of respect and commitment at every opportunity. We owe him a great deal for the development of the region, and in this “bridge” created between the agricultural and industrial worlds, many will be able to testify to this.
Humble and convinced, he was able to pass on to us a group turned towards the future thanks to the social responsibility initiatives he pioneered back in the 1970s. Since handing over the reins of the Group in 2006 to his daughter Cécile, surrounded by each and every one of her growing number of employees, we affirm that this vision, this energy and these values continue to inspire each and every one of our actions to preserve the finest natural raw materials in France and around the world.
