Supply Assistant"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>GAZIGNAIRE is recruiting a Purchasing &amp; Supply Assistant.<br>Reporting directly to the Purchasing &amp; Subcontracting Manager, the Purchasing &amp; Supply Assistant will work in support of the operational teams, to facilitate the various stages of the purchasing process in accordance with the Quality policy defined by the Management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MISSION &amp; JOB DESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Coordination of the migration within the framework of the implementation of a new ERP:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Analyze, structure and encode the product and supplier repository;<\/li><li>Identify, investigate problems with the ERP;<\/li><li>Provide training and assistance to end users;<\/li><li>Report problems;<\/li><li>Perform full life cycle testing;<\/li><li>Produce processes \/ user guides.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Purchasing Administration:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Support the purchasing process, enter purchase orders and monitor procurement;<\/li><li>Participate in the verification of the regulatory validation of products in relation with the Regulatory Affairs department;<\/li><li>Ensure the verification and computer entry of supplier delivery notes and invoices;<\/li><li>Archiving of data.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SKILLS REQUIRED<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mastery of the Office package;<\/li><li>Knowledge of purchasing processes;<\/li><li>Ability to work independently, with rigour and method;<\/li><li>Knowledge of an ERP would be a plus (Sage X3, Sage Line 100).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You are rigorous, dynamic, able to make proposals, capable of adapting and have a taste for communication with multidisciplinary<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>multidisciplinary teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>If your profile is suitable and the company&#8217;s values and activity match you, this job is for you!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gazignaire.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Fiche-poste-gabarit-achat-web.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gazignaire.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Fiche-poste-gabarit-ouvrier-agricole.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Download the job description<\/a><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><a href=\"mailto:drh@groupemul.fr\"><em><a href=\"mailto:drh@groupemul.fr\">To apply<\/a><\/em><\/a><\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>GAZIGNAIRE is recruiting a Purchasing &amp;
