The Women Equity Index, which has been analyzing the performance of small and medium-sized businesses run by women for 10 years, wrings its neck out. Women are at the head of 4,431 of the 28,563 French growth SMEs scrutinized by the survey. &#8220;They may be fewer in number, they are no less risk-averse than their male counterparts: their companies are very similar in terms of turnover and number of employees hired,&#8221; describes Dunya Bouhacene, President of Women Equity Partners behind the index.
